1.	CONDITIONS OF USE: 
    
          This document contains all the Terms and Conditions that regulate the use of the Community Pinless Service. To enter our Web site and use the Service implies an acceptance on your part of these Terms and Conditions and the consent for being regulated by such. The Terms and Conditions can at any time be modified by Community and this change will be effective immediately once published on our Web site. Consequently, we suggest periodic reviews of our site in case of any modifications. Other terms and conditions can apply to special offers from time to time; these will be revealed at the moment of the announcement of the offer(s).  
          
•Services and Rates Community Pinless 
The Community Pinless Service provides International Long Distance Telecommunications services that allow you, having previously charged credits to your registered account, to make calls originated from your(s) number(s) of your registered telephone(s) to the destination of your choice and at the rate advertised on this Site. The cost of the call will be discounted from the balance on your account.
All the rates are available to view on the Community Web site. Of course, rates and destinations can change from those currently published. Please ensure you periodically review the published rates at www.communitytelecom.com/rates before using the Service.
Please also note that Community can, at its own discretion, announce different promotional offers, the terms and conditions of which will be published in the same announcement. Community reserves the right to end those promotional offers at any time and at its own discretion.
All the applicable taxes, compensation or similar charges that must be paid to the governmental - or federal, state, local, municipal authority - for the provision of telecommunications services and that according to the rules and regulations that govern those applicable taxes or similar charges, these could be charged directly to your account. It will be your own responsibility to pay these taxes and to accept responsibility for any unpaid tax that could be applicable retroactively. 
          
•New Account and User Registration 
 In order to use the Service, you must first register your details on our Web site www.communitytelecom.com/access/ and provide Community with all the information required (for example: name, address, credit card number, telephone number, etc.) for the creation of your account and to complete the registration process. In order to use the Service for the first time, you must charge credits to your account at www.communitytelecom.com/access/ with your credit card. When this credit runs out, you will then need to recharge it following a simple procedure, to allow you to continue making calls. Community reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior responsibility on the part of Community. The Service, the rights and obligations derived from it are not transferable and/or available for the purpose of re-selling and you will be responsible if there is any violation of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or any law or applicable regulation, until your account has been cancelled by you or by Community. 
          
•Expiration of Account 
After a year of recorded inactivity, the account will expire due to a lack of usage. Community must do this to maintain an orderly business. If you wish to use the Service again you will have to create a new account following the procedure established in the preceding section of this document. When available but unused credit is in your account, Community will notify you before the expiration date via email. The credit on an account which has expired will not be reimbursable or transferable to another account. 
          
• Payment 
This is a service that requires pre-payment prior to usage. You are responsible for the payment for all the charges owed for the use of the Service provided by Community, and all the calls originated from your(s) number(s) from the registered telephone(s) recorded in your account, or are made by you or by an un-authorized third party. The payment can only be made by a credit card. You must be at least eighteen years old to pay with a credit card and the Community account will have to be registered in the name of the credit card holder.
          
• Invoicing and Charges   
Each time you recharge the Community account, the company will send you an email confirming the transaction and the amount credited to the account. 
        The calls will be charged per second (with a minimum per call of 10 seconds), beginning when the recipient of the call answers their phone. 
          
• Disputed Charges 
In the event of any disputed charges, you will have to contact Community by going onto the Web site at www.communitytelecom.com/, and clicking on the icon “help” to send an email to our Customer Service department. Community will resolve your complaint within 10 (ten) working days, starting from the day you notified Community and provided the proper information that endorses the complaint, and will credit the disputed amount to your account if the claim is considered valid. Any disputes will have to be presented to Community within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the call/s or disputed charges.
          
• Suspension or End of the Service 
Community Global Network Corp. could suspend or terminate the Service that it provides to you, immediately and without bearing any responsibility if: 
1.	You gave Community insufficient or fraudulent billing information 
2.	You failed to pay any amount owed to Community within 10 (ten) working days from the date of notification sent by Community 
3.	You violated the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy of Community 
4.	You used the service in a fraudulent or illegal manner 
5.	A Court orders such suspension or termination 
6.	Community considers suspension or termination of service for reasons that are beyond the control of the company. 
You will be able to finish using the Service and to cancel your account at any time without previous notification to Community, but in such a case, the remaining credit on your account would not be reimbursable at the time of the cancellation.
          
• Limitation of Responsibility and Guarantee
Community will not be responsible for 
1.	Any incidental, consequent or indirect damage (including but not limited to damages by loss of profits, interruption of the business, loss of programs or information and similar) that arises from the use, or inability to use, the Service, or any information or transaction connected to the Service or in connection with the Service, even when Community or its authorized representatives have been warned as to the possibility of such damage, or 
2.	Any complaint due to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the Service and/or materials or information unloaded through, or connected from, the Service, or 
3.	Any loss or complaint, expense or damage that arise from the provision of the Service, or some interruption, delay, error, omission, or defect in any aspect of the Service, or 
4.	Any fault in the performance of the service due to force majeure, including but not limited to: fires, floods or other catastrophes, any law, order, regulation, director, action or requirement of the Government of the United States, or another government, including state and local governments who might have jurisdiction over Community, or any other department, agency, commission, office, corporation of one or more of those governments, or any civilian authorities, or military issue, be it national emergency, labor insurrection, riots, terrorism, wars or conflict. 
 Community does not give any guarantee, be it expressly or implicitly, with respect to the Services, including without limitation, guarantees of commercial viability or guarantee of aptitude for any specific issue. 
Without bearing any responsibility, Community will be able to interrupt the Service at any time to run tests or in order for the service to undergo inspection and thus to assure the fulfillment of the regulations and applicable law, in addition it will be able to continue with this interruption without bearing any responsibility, until any identified problem has been rectified.
          
• Indemnification 
You accept to compensate, to defend and to exempt from responsibility Community, its employees, directors, workers, agents, suppliers and affiliated companies of and against any loss, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from any violation of these Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy and from any complaint or loss, expense or damage (including indirect damage, special or consequent damage, legal fees and court expenses) by defamation, calumny, invasion of privacy, violation of author rights or patents, unauthorized use of a trade name, unfair competition, interference or illegal appropriation or violation of a contract, rights of property or intellectual property, or any other damage or damage to a person, property or organization that arises from material, data, information or another revealed or transmitted content, that is from any act or omission of  your part. 
          
• Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 
This contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that arises from the use of the site or the Services on it will be subject to obligatory Arbitration. Any dispute or claim between You, some member of your house, guest, or employee and Us, relating to the service, will be solved by arbitration in front of a single arbitrator administered by the American Association of Arbitration in agreement with their commercial rules of arbitration.  The arbitration will take place in Miami, Florida, and the decision of the arbitrator will be definitive and require mandatory acceptance. The laws decide that no referee has the authority to:
1.	To alter any part of the responsibility that corresponds according to the parameters set out in this agreement or 
2.	To apply for punitive punishments or samples. The published decisions of the referees can be incorporated in any judicial process. Independent of any legal disposition, any complaint or lawsuit must be presented within the 12 months following the event that caused complaint or it will be declared null and void, permanently. All lawsuits must be arbitrated individually. It will not generate or promote any class action of any type, in some court or a process of arbitration with the intention to consolidate or to reignite arbitration claims. Constitutes a resignation to the right to have a judgment and a subject agreement under the jurisdiction and the arbitration procedures in the state of Florida. 
The fact that Community does not notify you of some breach of its part and/or to not force it to fulfill the Terms and Conditions, the resignation of any Term and/or Condition or the granting of an extension of time so that it makes any act will not constitute a resignation of all or any Term and Condition. Each clause in this document will stay in effect and actionable at any moment until it is modified in writing.
  
2.	PRIVACY POLICIES 
  
Community is a secure website and we are committed to protect our customer’s private information. Community does not sell or use in any commercial sense the information belonging to our clients. We only can use that information to send you publicity about new services of ours that could be of interest to you. In the event in which Community shares any information with affiliated companies or businesses partners, this information will be handled with at least the same level of confidentiality as established in the Privacy Policy of Community.
All the information that Community requires from you, like for example your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, email, date of birth (optional) will be used to offer you a better Service. Also we can send you by email, from time to time, new offers or information related to our Services. 
          
• Age Restriction
Community does not collect any information on children under 18 years of age. However, Community and its affiliated companies do not assume any responsibility for false representations made by relatives who have a credit card and when the customer is not of the legal minimum required age.
          
• Modification and/or update of Personal Information
It will be possible to change at any time, to add, or to erase, your personal information on our Web site as long as that does not erase necessary information for the provision of the Service. The necessary information will be marked with the * symbol for your reference. 
          
• Cookies 
It is probable that small files called “cookies” are attached to your Internet browser. These archives identify your browser and keep information, such as passwords, so that the Web site can recognize you more easily. You can program your browser to deactivate cookies, but the Community site would not work so efficiently if you do this.
          
• External Links
Community’s site could contain connections or links directing you to other websites run by affiliated companies and businesses partners. Community advises you that other sites might have different, less stringent privacy policies, and that Community will not be responsible in any way for any private information that these sites obtain from you.
